A: An account needs to be set up first with the accounts receivable department. Next step is charging an invoice.
Q: Does your products and service work have warranties?
A: You may ask about warranty at the time of purchase because our products have different manufacturer’s warranty.
Q: Can I purchase lock opening tools?
A: Refer to Criminal Code Canada section 353, only those with a license. There is not a single locksmith who will provide an unlicensed individual lock opening tools.
Q: Is it really necessary to hire a licensed locksmith?
A: For your own protection, only seek the services of a licensed locksmith. He can furnish you better and qualified advice.
